I love my composition book. . I really do.
I like picking it up and hovering my pencil over the lines.
However, not truly making words in-between those lines.
I've felt I've been "write-less" (if only that were a word)
Something hasn't been clicking with writing songs.
Even though the I wrote "You Got The Nerve"
(Which btw was typed in my Android phone)
It wasn't too long ago but I feel it should have kept going.
I guess my biggest hassle is what genre I want to write.
I'm not too sure why it's such a issue.
I really want to write my country songs, and the other issue is I also want to compose the music to it.
However, I have not a clue how to play the guitar (easily)
I have one. . but it isn't the greatest to even practice on.
After creating pop, R&B, hip hop, dance, over and over you want different.
I mean at least I do as an uncanny musician.
Treading down these pre-occupied roads of Roswell, GA
I hear the music of, see the videos of, feel the spirit of. .
This "Country Band" I wanted to unite.
Maybe not a band...
Maybe just a solo act. .
Or a female duet..
Preferably a solo act since bands aren't cutting edges these days...
I want my hands in on a great act.
No, this isn't some Sean Combs deal or anything
(*Shudders*. . never that)
Its a "sPadey, helped create this force" kind of deal.
It's still a young idea.
I'm just so eager to get my name in on something!
Even though I'm not a country singer, I'd love to write for some new acts.
There are many great ones out there blooming
These include these 3 lovely women.
Good luck to you ladies!
Go and check them out!
